Buffalo Invitational Doubles Tournament

Please set aside the following dates on your calendars and plan to join us for North America’s Second Oldest Squash Doubles Tournament (but the best event going), the 56th Annual Buffalo Tennis & Squash Club Invitational Doubles Tournament to be held on January 13-15, 2012.

Divisions included in this year’s edition of the tournament include:

*Men’s Open, B, 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s

*Women’s A, B

The entry fee is $95 per racket and $180 for a player with a guest. Please complete the attached entry form and mail your check (U.S. funds) payable to the Buffalo Tennis & Squash Club. We would be very appreciative if you decided to be a Patron of the tournament for an additional donation of $50.00. We also have other levels of sponsorship if you would like to further support the tournament. They are as follows:

*Gold Sponsor ($500) - includes entry fee, guest and 2 tournament giveaways

*Silver Sponsor ($350) - includes entry fee, guest and tournament giveaway

*Super Buff ($195) - includes entry fee and giveaway

*Non-Player Super Buff ($100)

Tournament play will start Friday afternoon, January 13th. Please, contact the club anytime after noon on January11th for your start time. The entry deadline is January 6th.

Our tournament hotel is the Hampton Inn Downtown. The rate is $119/night and must be booked directly through the hotel by the date of December 27th, 2011 to guarantee this rate. The hotel number is (716) 855-2223. If you would prefer a billet, we will make every attempt to house you with one of our members. Contact Bart Chambers (716) 884-6048 to arrange billeting.

Plan to be entertained throughout the weekend with the following events:

*Complimentary beer and soda throughout the weekend

*Friday evening Dinner Party at the Tennis & Squash Club

*Saturday lunch at the Tennis & Squash Club

*Saturday evening Dinner Buffet at the Tennis & Squash Club

*Sunday brunch at the Tennis & Squash Club

Please arrange to have cash for purchases at the club (for wine, mixed drinks, Pro Shop purchases etc.), since the Tennis & Squash Club cannot offer reciprocal billing to your home club.
